After a 9 year interlude as a wine merchant in Paris, she returned to her original love by settling in the Loir-et-Cher.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 2019, she has been making wines without any additives, from organic, biodynamic and above all non-interventionist agriculture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention (no racking, no sulfites, no filtration). Long maturation is the rule: between 18 months and 2 years for the whites and one year for the reds. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHer activity is based on the purchase of must (pressed fruit residue) from vines cultivated by 1 or 2 winemakers depending on the vintage.
